We want every Liyamora order to be placed with confidence. If a product is not what you expected, you can read below how a return is handled with care.

Return period

You have the right to return an unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

• The product is unused, unopened and in its original condition.
• The product is returned safely and carefully packaged.
• You contact us in advance at info@liyamora.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or delivered in error.

Return costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or delivered in error.

Refund

After we receive and check the returned product, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days via the original payment method.

Faulty or delivered in error

Did you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@liyamora.com with your order number and clear photos, so that we can assess it carefully.

Statutory rights

This return policy does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
