Prices and VAT

All prices on this website are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are visible before you confirm the order.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The conditions and the procedure are set out in our return policy.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or to your specifications.

Applicable law and disputes

All agreements with Liyamora Essence are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.

If we cannot reach a solution together, you may as a consumer turn free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service, Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels.
